My aide asked me why I stand up like a stripper! <br />PatAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6726760868307129738.post-82287620833729078732017-07-05T07:48:14.599-07:002017-07-05T07:48:14.599-07:00As a nurse, I observed that most people don't ...As a nurse, I observed that most people don't believe bad things will happen to them. When it does, they say, "I never thought this would happen to me..." you are one of the few wise ones! I almost got a hairline fracture (there was a little squiggly line on my x-ray just short of a break) of my radius & I sprained my wrist. It took a long time to heal & really put a damper on our vacation, especially since it was of my dominant arm. I now have a very strong, healthy fear of parking lot bumpers! I will walk completely around them from now on.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15277572666448993560noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6726760868307129738.post-9219159033470526122012-07-16T08:53:27.291-07:002012-07-16T08:53:27.291-07:00Falling is one of the things I am constantly aware...Falling is one of the things I am constantly aware of. I agree with you that it is strange how many people are stubborn, not realising how very important it is NOT to fall. I wrote about recently in my blog about non-slip tiles in the bathroom, rails to hold on to etc. etc. There are so many things that one can do to prevent falling. Good advice Bev.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6726760868307129738.post-51163770637432936182012-07-16T05:51:54.699-07:002012-07-16T05:51:54.699-07:00Thanks for writing this. Thanks for writing this.SophisticatedBrewhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14587144447301072286noreply@blogger.com
